Privacy Policy

LearnHubPlay B.V. ("AgentReady", "we", "us") operates the AgentReady service. This policy explains what data we collect from agencies and site operators who use the service, why, and what rights you have over it.

Data we collect

• Account data: the agency/business name you provide and an API key we generate for you. We do not collect passwords — authentication is by API key only.
• Site data: the URLs you register, the pages we crawl from them, and the Markdown/llms.txt mirrors we generate and host on your behalf.
• Crawler analytics: when an AI crawler (e.g. GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot) requests one of your hosted mirrors, we log the bot's name, the path requested, and a timestamp. We do not log IP addresses or any data about human visitors — this is bot-traffic telemetry only.
• Billing data: subscription and payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer/subscription IDs and current plan, never your card details.

Why we process it

All processing is necessary to perform the contract with you: operating your account, generating and hosting your site mirrors, showing you analytics, and billing your subscription.

Cookies

Authentication is via API key sent in a request header, not a browser session — the product itself sets no cookies. This marketing site shows ads via Google AdSense, which does set cookies for ad personalization, but only after you accept the cookie banner shown on first visit. If you decline, no ad cookies are set and no ads load. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage; clear it (or your browser's site data for this domain) to be asked again. Sub-processors

We rely on the following sub-processors, each under their own data protection terms:

• Vercel Inc. — application hosting and compute
• Neon — database hosting
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing

Data may be processed in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses provided by these sub-processors.

Retention

• Crawler analytics are automatically deleted after 180 days.
• Site content and account data are retained until you delete the site or your account.
• Deleting your account (see "Your rights" below) immediately and permanently deletes your sites, mirrors, and analytics.

Your rights

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, export, and erase your data, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. In practice:

• Access / export: GET /api/agencies/me/export with your API key returns all data we hold about your account as JSON.
• Erasure: DELETE /api/agencies/me with your API key permanently deletes your account and all associated sites, mirrors, and analytics.
• You may also contact us at admin@learnhubplay.nl for any of the above, or lodge a concern with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or your own local supervisory authority.
