Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the AgentReady service, operated by LearnHubPlay B.V. ("AgentReady", "we"). By creating an account or using the API, you agree to them.

The service

AgentReady crawls URLs you register, generates an llms.txt file and Markdown mirrors of the pages found, hosts them at a public URL, and reports on AI-crawler traffic to those mirrors.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to have the URLs you register crawled and mirrored — do not register sites you don't own or don't have permission to mirror.
• You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential; you're liable for activity under it.
• You will not use the service to crawl or mirror unlawful content, or to circumvent a target site's access controls.

Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe at the rate shown at signup. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnHubPlay B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time via DELETE /api/agencies/me, which immediately removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Advertising

This marketing site displays third-party ads via Google AdSense, subject to the cookie consent choice described in our Privacy Policy. The AgentReady product and dashboard do not display ads.
